I have trouble deleting folders from my server. I need to ring their help desk to delete them for me. This problem is say, 50/50 The tech guy tells me no one else rings with this request. He tells me to use FileZilla since that the one he uses. It surprises me since I paid for Classic FTP and FileZilla is free. I check permission and they are all correct. What can be the problem?
