Ok I figured it out! When you go to Export project as Audio File (wav,mpg), when the Export Options window comes up, select Settings, Custom, then IMA ADPCM 44.100kHz, 4 bit, Stereo. I now have no clicks or pops and the file quality sounds as good as before. Hope this works for you!

Yes you can! Plug your headphones into your mixer's headphone jack. then plug your computer audio out(headphone jack) into the mixer's input with RCA cables. Plug the audio out from your audio interface into one of the mixer's input. Then of course you want to turn your speakers down or off and record with your headphones only to avoid feedback.
