The solution recommended in the attached link (response to my inquiry) did not work for me either. My VoIP provider does not seem to recognize the "User name just for authentication" in the Axon advanced line settings.

Is it possible for Axon to send Caller ID (CLID) information out to an external line. My SIP service provider (VoIPStreet) uses a User name to register that is not the phone number. They do not handle generation of the CLID. Instead they pass on a CLID sent by the user. Typically they deal with Asterisk PBX systems that can generate a CLID and they are not familiar with Axon and could not help me. Thanks to anyone who can answer this.
