when im on the photostage slideshow,i cant open the help menu,nor the view tutorials,also clicking upgrade does nothing.

have recently bought this item,and am unable to access the help menu,video tutorials,and upgrade.Im running windows 8.1.Photostage itself so far seems ok.Anybody had this issue?
