RossSense, No I think you (we) are out of luck. In fact, I think this software is nearly worthless. I can't get the most simple things accomplished with Express Accounts. If a check is entered incorrectly, you have no options of backing it out. Additionally, the software won't let you manual edit check numbers. The next check number is created by the software . . . not you. What a mess !!! Anyone reading this . . . GO BACK and get your refund before your 30 day trial period expires.

There are mystery amounts showing up in my General Ledger Transaction report, which I cannot even print, in the amounts of $0.01, $3.00 and $1.00. These are being created behind the scenes of the software and there is no explanation as to how these amounts are created. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Gerrit, Apologies mate, I don't have an answer, but I do have the same problem. I purchased two licenses for my office, one for me, the boss, and one for the bookkeeper. We cannot get them to talk to each other. We have tried Web Access and each other's sign in details but neither work. If you find the answer please let me know and I will do the same.
