Would you mind sharing what you did to make it work right and if you could figure it out, how come the company couldn't tell us all how to fix their program???

I too am having the same problem. The program worked fine until I registered it, then it started with the reverse order loading and I have only had the program one day. What worries me the most is no one from the company has responded to this problem, is the program faulty???
