My system had a major malware problem. The "Geek Squad" from Best Buy fixed the system. Unfortunately, they removed my registered copy of the video downloader. I still have the installation codes I received when I bought the software. What procedure should I use to reinstall this software ? No complaints about the software. Easy to use and works all the time.
