transprofs

I just downloaded a .aif sound file into my ExpressScribe software. A strange thing is that it only loads the first few minutes of the file. It describes a 22-minute file as being 2 and a half minutes, and only has the first 2 and a half minutes of it. I made sure that the .aif box was checked in the file tab, under "settings." And I kept closing and re-opening the program, and then trying again to reload the .aif file. Do you know why it does this and how I can fix it? Thank you! Paula transprofs@aol.com Chicago, IL USA
