I might have solved this. I had all 3 cameras plugged into a USB hub. I pulled one of the cameras off the hub and plugged it straight into the computer and now all 3 are functioning. Could be a hub/bandwidth issue.

I have 3 Logitech C270 HD cameras. I can get 2 of the 3 to connect, but the 3rd one always fails. I can do this in any order but can only ever get 2 of the 3 to be recognized.
