Still having this problem, zero help so far. I'm considering an alternative product

I've submitted numerous tickets, no response, nothing

This issue is quite annoying, doesn't matter what version I use anytime I click on 'Open Invoices List' in the program it crashes! I can't access that part of the program and it gets really frustrating eg. if I have to re-print an invoice or change an amount, etc. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can I do? I've installed/un-installed/repaired installation and still no fix I even tried Easy Accounts which migrates the invoices into the accounts program but I still have the same issue
