  1. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html Tech support can send you a link to the version that you're looking for, based on your original date of purchase.
  2. Unfortunately, there's no way to increase the grid size. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  3. Please submit refund requests at https://www.nch.com.au/general/refund.html This user forum won't be able to help.

Decks don't currently have curved shapes, but we've just added a todo item for that, so it should be included in one of the next releases. Curved walls are in development (about a month away).
  5. What version of Express Invoice did you create your invoices in? What version are you using now? Invoices shouldn't disappear. I've never heard of that.
  6. Same process. I'll move this post to the Mac forum.
  7. The current version of Express Invoice should prompt you to merge your data if you were using an older version that stored it in the old location. If that doesn't happen, then I'd recommend opening a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. Unfortunately, Pixilion doesn't support that format. The formats supported are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/kb/1227.html
  9. Express Invoice uses Windows for all of its Print functionality. You might want to submit a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  10. View-->Invoices Select your invoices as you would anything in Windows (ctrl click) Right click and select Email Invoice
  11. That bug should have been fixed in the version released today (v9.01) Let me know if you still have the problem in the current version.

  13. If you installed the free version from https://www.nchsoftware.com/photoeditor/ppadfreesetup.exe then yes it's really free.

That's done automatically, as shown here. I took this screenshot with Debut:
  15. When you refer to the transcript, are you talking about text in the notes field? That text is associated with the audio file. If you used the Done button, then you should be able to us Recover Old Dictation File and with it, the associated text. If the audio file was deleted, then the text isn't recoverable.
  16. Yes, the UI has changed. I'll let the right people know that the tutorials need updating.
  17. I'll have someone test this. I assume that you're using iPadOS 13.3.1 ?
  18. Export-->Video File will bring up: As you see, you can change the "Save to" folder and you can change the drive there too.
  19. That's outdated. Our licenses are single computer/single user licenses. In order to use a program on two computers, you'd have to purchase a second license. However, we do offer substantial discounts on the second purchase, at www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  20. Are you referring to this? If so, uncheck Mouse Clicks under Options-->Audio
  21. You'd have to delete the default floor then use the floor path tool to make your new floor:
  22. You can change Salesperson to Tutor on your invoices by going to Options-->Invoice-->Text

Yes, as long as you're using v4.00 or later (current version is 4.01)

Redwood is a closed product, meaning that it's not under active development, but it's always possible that it might be reopened. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  25. When you've finished building your slideshow, you'd export it to a video file, and you'd play that video file to view your slideshow.
