    Yes. You can change the Data Folder under Options-->Disk Usage You'd have to move the whole default folder. I'd copy it first, just to make sure that you don't lose anything.

  6. I think that we'd need some more information, such as what happens when you try to attach an audio file to a google slide, if you can attach them to emails, etc. What format are these files. how big, etc. Tech support has been overwhelmed lately. but I can make sure that someone contacts you.
  7. Those fields aren't stored in the file system. The data files aren't meant to be accessible via ODBC query, but they're stored in Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/ExpressAccounts/Shared where $USER is the username that you log in under.

  12. I'll have someone look at that, but you should always be able to update if you click on the App Store icon or program. If you click on updates, you should see a page shows the programs that have new updates, You can click on update for a single program, or update all in the top right hand corner.

  22. You wouldn't transfer your software to the new computer. You'd install Express Invoice on the new computer and register it.   25. If you transfer your files to your computer via a non-internet method (USB flash drive for example), then you can load the files into Express Scribe by clicking on Load (on the top menu bar) and selecting your file(s).
