  1. Information regarding support packages is available at https://secure.nch.com.au/support/purchase.html
  2. Paypal emails have been delayed a bit, but yours were sent about half an hour ago. In general, anyone not receiving their emails promptly should wait an hour and then contact support via https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  3. Unfortunately, Debut doesn't suppress audio if it's not recorded.
  4. Sounds like there might be an email problem with your provider. Your emails were sent upon purchase. I'll message you with your info.
  5. Yes, just install the current version in order to update PhotoStage.
  6. We should be releasing a new version of PhotoStage shortly. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  7. No, but there is a German version of Debut available at https://www.nch.com.au/components/de/debutmaci.zip Just install that version.
  8. If you're trying to export to HTML5, PhotoStage does support that format:
  9. Switch doesn't convert DRM protected files.
  10. If you need to recover your registration code, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli If you need help, then please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    WAV editing

It sounds like support said that Stamp isn't an editor. WavePad does: https://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html
  12. There's no Basic Free version, but the Free version is available at https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/essetup.exe
  13. If you need to recover your registration code, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  14. Just install your software on the new computer and register using your existing registration code. As long as you uninstall your software from the old computer, you should be fine.
  15. I just tested the free version and I've made more than 5 recordings. It sounds like you might have had a paid version (that expired) installed before installing the free version.
  16. Your registration code should have been sent to you when you made your purchase. Maybe check your Spam folder? I'll send you a PM with your registration info.
  17. Unfortunately, no. Debut stores it files on your local computer. It's not a cloud product.
  18. There's a Check for Updated Version option in the Help menu:
  19. The default window size is 640x480, but PhotoPad shouldn't be capable of setting the environment resolution. PhotoPad does remember the current window size when it's closed down properly, so you should be able to resize the window and exit.
  20. Stamp is downloading WavePad, our audio editor.
  21. The free version is meant for home use. A charity would fall outside that definition.
  22. You could change your display resolution, but the fonts can't be changed from within MoneyLine. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  23. By the time Big Sur is released in the fall, we should have a compatible version of SoundTap. We can't say whether the current version will work or whether we'll have to do a new release.
  24. I'm not sure what you're looking at, but the support form asks for YOUR email address.
