  1. Unfortunately, no but please feel free to file your suggestion at https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  2. v4.06 is available at http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/photopad-4-06-2018-07-16.exe
  3. Unfortunately, no. MoneyLine doesn't support multiple users. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  4. PhotoPad doesn't store any data, so the only file that you'd have to back up would be the installation file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\PhotoPad The filename is photopadsetup_v6.23.exe for the current version
  5. I'd like to see a screenshot. I'll message you with contact details.
  6. Express Invoice's data would be imported into Express Accounts so you'd lose any data that you'd entered in Express Accounts. The Express Invoice data wouldn't be affected.
  7. It sounds like the video codec isn't supported, which with most container formats wouldn't affect being able to play the audio. For supported codecs, you should be able to see the video:
  8. This screenshot should help. There are only 2 items on the top menu bar and clicking on the leftmost one (SoundTap) will bring up the Register Software option
  9. Where did you see a reference to v8.08? The current versions are 8.05 (Windows) and 8.07 (Mac).
  10. If your Chromebook can run Android apps, then you should be able to run either the free or paid version of Crescendo.

We have an open bug for that issue filed with our development team, and it should be fixed in the next release. I can add you to the "watchers list", so that you'll be updated when the bug has been fixed.
  12. VideoPad will do that: https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.html
  13. It sounds like you're using an old version of Express Scribe. The current version is always available at https://www.nch.com.au/components/scribemaci.zip and runs on Catalina.
  14. Express Accounts can import data from CSV and OFX files. Please see the manual at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressaccounts/win/help.pdf
  15. C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressInvoice contains all of your data organized into folders. Don't delete any of these folders:
  16. You posted in the PhotoStage forum, but this looks like a bug. You're just seeing this: You should see a list of any image files in your Google Drive account. I'll file a bug so that we can get this fixed.
  17. The working directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\ExpressInvoice and your data is stored in C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressInvoice so you shouldn't delete those.
  18. TRx is no longer under development. If we do release a new version, the best way to be informed is to subscribe to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.

You can change the font size in Keyblaze's Options: You'd have to adjust your display resolution to enlarge the keyboard.
  20. Cloud-->Download from Google Drive should do it:
  21. There is no version 7.45 for Mac The last version released before the current v8.00 was v6.50, available at http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/switch-6-50-2018-12-26(intel).zip
  22. Sorry, that was the old path. I edited my post to reflect the new one: Library/Application Support/ExpressAccounts/Shared
  23. That page has outdated info. The path should be Library/Application Support/ExpressAccounts/Shared
  24. The registration code that you're issued when you purchase Express Scribe will work with either the Windows or Mac version.
  25. There's only one paid version, regardless of the payment option that you choose. The functionality is the same.
