  1. The only reason it would be greyed out is that you're in 2D Blueprint mode (we don't currently render the exterior paths in 2D-blueprint). You should be able to use it in other render modes. If you're not in 2DBlueprint mode, then please report the bug at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html
  2. Yes. You'll have to use the version of Express Scribe that matches your registration code based on your date of purchase.

v4.30 was released in 2007. The current version is 7.04 and there's version/release information at https://www.nchsoftware.com/inventory/versions.html
  4. Unfortunately, no but it's a good suggestion. Most people are looking for much bigger lots. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  5. It sounds like you're using an old version of Express Invoice. The current version (https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip) runs on Catalina.
  6. I'll pass you comments along, but please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  7. The registration code is the 7 digit numeric part AND the alpha part following it. For example: 0246801-zanbvfrw
  8. Thanks for reporting this. I'll file a bug for that issue with our development team, and it should be fixed in the next release.
  9. The difference is in the licensing. If you're using Express Scribe in a commercial setting, you'll need the Professional version. Otherwise, the Basic version will suffice. The free version of Express Scribe works with our Altoedge Pedals. The paid version (either Professional or Basic) will work with the Infinity pedals as well as the Altoedge pedals.
  10. Thanks for letting us know. We'll file a bug for that issue filed with our development team, and it should be fixed in the next release. I'll add you to the "watchers list", so that you'll be updated when the bug has been fixed.

    Storage

There's no limit on the number of recordings. They're stored in the Windows folder that you specify in Debut's options, so registering the software wouldn't affect them. We offer one time purchases and subscriptions.
  12. DeskFX doesn't have command line options, but it's a fairly new program and I could see us adding that. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  13. PhotoPad is primarily a photo editor, but it will let you save your images as PNG,. JPEG. GIFF etc. We also publish a standalone image format converter, Pixillionj: https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/index.html
  14. Express Talk is no longer under development, so it's unlikely, but please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. It's always possible that we might reopen Express Talk.

  16. It's v10.67 The free version should always be the latest release.
  17. Right now, there can only be one roof and one base elevation for that roof. Allowing different elevations is on our todo list for inclusion in a future release. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  18. If you need to recover your registration code again, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  19. What happens when you try to export your video? You should be able to save it to a flash drive or to your computer's hard drive. Once you've done that, you can email it to your friend.
  20. Please report the crash at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html so that our developers are aware of the problem. They may ask for more information.
  21. The difference between the Pro and Basic versions is in the licensing. They're functionally identical and they both run on Catalina.
  22. As long as you're not monetizing your Youtube videos, you're fine. The free version is limited in the formats that you can export to. The file size isn't limited.
  23. I'm glad that you worked it out. We don't normally delete posts unless they're spam or repetitive posts of the same content.
  24. You can open video files using the free version of WavePad. Just click on Open-->Open File and change the file type to Video: You can also use the free version of VideoPad.
  25. I'll message you. Our audio clips are licensed, but this still happens occasionally.
