  1. The backup feature just copies the installer to a CD. The file to back up would be pixpsetup.exe

  7. I believe we have a ToDo item for that, but nothing that can do that now. The closest thing we have is the oil paint effect.
  8. Anyone can download the program and install it, but you wouldn't be able to register it. That would require purchasing a license.

    Yes, you're welcome to install your software on your new laptop and to register it using your existing registration code. That code was emailed to you when you made your purchase, but If you need to recover your registration code, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  10. Two different issues. 1) Express Invoice stores its data in /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/NCH Software/ExpressInvoice/Shared 2) Your backup would be stored in the location specified when you created it.
  11. Yes, we only provide phone support if you've purchased a Platinum Support contract. If you did, then you'll receive an email with instructions. I'm not sure where this TITLE (REQUIRED) section that you refer to is. You should have received emails with your receipt and license information.
  12. You'll have to activate that serial number at https://secure.nch.com.au/activate/index.html, at which point your registration code will be sent to you via email. Once you enter that registration code into your software, the registration process will be complete. To register PhotoStage, go to File-->Register Software and paste your registration code into the dialog box:

  16. That's not accurate. You can always download an older version from http://oldversiondownload.com but the installer should be in your C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Debut folder (example: debutsetup_v6.47.exe)
  17. It sounds like you're using an old version of Express Rip. MusicBrainz is no longer in service. The newer versions of Express Rip use a different DB.

  19. The mobile app and the desktop program aren't connected in any way. You don't need both. There's a free version and a paid professional version of Express Dictate. Pocket Dictate is an older, unused name.

  21. Big Sur hasn't been released yet. If you're using SoundTap on a beta version of Big Sur and getting an error message, what is that error message?

You can add your currency under Options-->Regional-->Currency Paste the symbol and name into the relevant fields and click Save If you'd like to see the currency added to Expxress Invoice, then please file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
