  1. Unfortunately, no, I don't have an update. We don't develop Server products at this time, but if that changes, I will update this thread.
  2. We don't have a release date for Inventoria, but you can stay up to date on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on twitter.
  3. All you have to move is your data, via the Tools menu. Choose Back Up Data and store your data somewhere safe. Then download install, and register Copper on the new computer and Restore Data via the same Tools menu. You should be all set.
  4. Unfortunately, it's not possible to sync Copper with Express Invoice directly. You can sync both programs with Inventoria, and you can sync one installation of Copper with another.
  5. Please submit your suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html That's the best way to get them in front of our development team.
  6. Please submit any suggestions at www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html That's the easiest way to get new features added to the roadmap.
  7. Sent. You can always access the manual from within Inventoria by pressing F1 (Windows) or via the Help menu (Windows/Mac)
  8. Unfortunately, no, MixPad doesn't save your work if you click "Do Not Save" when you exit the program.
  9. The free version is a fully functioning trial, and when that trial period expires, you'll be prompted to register.
  10. There's no download site, but I can send you a manual. I'll PM you.
  11. Compatibility with Windows Server 2008 isn't on the product roadmap, but if there's enough interest, it might be added. Filing a suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html is the best way to make that happen.
  12. Switch is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 Earlier versions are compatible with Windows 98/ME and Win 2000. See http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html for details.
  13. You don't have to purchase the product. We support presales questions, people who are evaluating the software, paid customers, and anyone else. Just go to http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html and fill out the form on that page.
  14. Unfortunately, MoneyLine won't be able to handle the two amount fields. You could move the payments and deposits in your bank's CSV file into one column and multiply the payments by -1, but MoneyLine is looking for one amount field.
  15. I'll send you a copy of the manual in PDF format. The web page is a big vague. You can print the Help pages, but you'd have to do it page by page.
  16. No, we don't have any software in Finnish at this time. If you go to the language pulldown (upper right), you'll see the languages that we support: German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Japanese.
  17. There's no sync between installations of Express Accounts. You can use web access to access one installation via browser, but 2 installations of Express Accounts won't be able to share data.
  18. We do have an open bug for audio problems like this. I'm not sure if the bug is isolated to Yosemite, but I'll add you to the bug watchers list, so that you'll be kept updated.
  19. Yes, we publish German versions of our software. Please see http://nchsoftware.com/de/ for details.

    sd card

It depends on how the card reader presents itself to the OS; they don't all behave the same way. No, there's no reason to think that the paid version of Orion will see any drive the trial version won't see, but you should probably download the latest version and see if that helps.
  21. There are free versions of MoneyLine for Windows http://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/mlsetupfree.exe and Mac OSX http://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/mlfreemaci.zip
  22. We'll have templates available fairly soon that will allow you to enter formulas and calculations, creating tax return templates.I'll post an update here when this functionality is available.
