  1. Hello Do you have ads in your videos? If so, then you'd need the Master's Edition. If your videos aren't being monetized, then the free edition would suffice.
  2. Please submit your refund request at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html. Someone will respond shortly.
  3. That's on our todo list. Thanks for your patience.
  4. Please open a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html. Our technical support team will be able to help you.
  5. It sounds like you're running the free trial of the paid version, not the truly free version of Express Scribe. The free trial has usage limits. It sounds like you've hit one of those.
  6. Yes, Copper supports 3 decimal places. You can set that under Options->regional->Currency Digits
  7. The next release should include that functionality and hopefully, we're looking at about 2 weeks.
  8. The Border and Edge Detection effects should help. Have you tried those?
  9. We have an open bug filed for that. I'll add you to the watchers list so that you'll be notified when it's been fixed.

    Levels bar?

There's an Amplify effect under the Levels menu, but I don't believe that there's a db meter in the Mac version. The Windows version does show the db meter in the lower right corner.
  11. I'll send you a PM to continue this conversation. That seems more appropriate.
  12. You're correct when you ask "Or does it simply mean that I should not use the product in business, or for commercial purposes, or to use in school or share with others, etc?" The License Terms should be available within each program. Go to Help-->About-->License Terms. The terms for the trial and paid versions of a program will be the same.
  13. Sending you a PM. I can provide the version that you're requesting.
  14. Express Burn should support dual and quad layer discs if your hardware does, but we haven't specifically tested it with those types of discs.
  15. Sorry, but I don't have an update for you. As always, I'll let you know if the status of your request changes.
  16. Unfortunately, we don't store the shortcuts in a user friendly format, so it's not easy to print a list. If you don't have a long list, you could just open FastFox and take a screenshot. If you have more than one screen full, you might have to take multiple screenshots.
  17. Yes, that's the correct behavior of both programs. When you use Express Invoice with Inventoria, the Inventoria turnover report will not update, as it is expected that you will use the turnover report from Express Invoice itself. To do this from Express Invoice, go to Reports -> Item Sales -> (select time period as desired) -> view. When you're using Sync, Express Invoice picks up the item data from Inventoria and Inventoria updates the stock levels. You should be using Express Invoice for Invoicing and Inventoria for Stock control. The only case when the Sales history is pop
  18. Unfortunately, no, I don't have an update. We don't develop Server products at this time, but if that changes, I will update this thread.
  19. We don't have a release date for Inventoria, but you can stay up to date on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on twitter.
  20. All you have to move is your data, via the Tools menu. Choose Back Up Data and store your data somewhere safe. Then download install, and register Copper on the new computer and Restore Data via the same Tools menu. You should be all set.
  21. Unfortunately, it's not possible to sync Copper with Express Invoice directly. You can sync both programs with Inventoria, and you can sync one installation of Copper with another.
  22. Please submit your suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html That's the best way to get them in front of our development team.
  23. Please submit any suggestions at www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html That's the easiest way to get new features added to the roadmap.
  24. Sent. You can always access the manual from within Inventoria by pressing F1 (Windows) or via the Help menu (Windows/Mac)
