  1. Prism doesn't have that functionality. We had a program (Flashlynx) that did that, but it was retired years ago.
  2. There seems to be some confusion here. Our developers don't provide technical support, but you can open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html someone from our technical support team will be glad to help.
  3. I'd recommend opening a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html We'll need more information, such as what the layers contain, what you're expecting, etc. Layer merging should work fine.
  4. I see what you mean. I'm also unable to open asterisk files in WavePad. I'd recommend reporting this at http://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html
  5. I'll send you a private message. I just tested the chat and it worked for me. I don't see any tickets under the email address that you used to make your purchase, so it sounds like yours wasn't submitted successfully.
  6. File-->Register Software should be what you're looking for:
  7. The files loaded in Express Scribe are stored in C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe\Current where $USER is your Windows username. They'll all be .wav files with meaningless filenames like 00000001.wav
  8. You can report bugs via the form at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html or submit suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html.
  9. Pixillion's command line options are detailed at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/pixillion/win/commandline.html You should be able to create a scheduled task to do what you want to do using those command line options.
  10. You can open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  11. The only reason it would be greyed out is that you're in 2D Blueprint mode (we don't currently render the exterior paths in 2D-blueprint). You should be able to use it in other render modes. If you're not in 2DBlueprint mode, then please report the bug at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html
  12. Yes. You'll have to use the version of Express Scribe that matches your registration code based on your date of purchase.

v4.30 was released in 2007. The current version is 7.04 and there's version/release information at https://www.nchsoftware.com/inventory/versions.html
  14. Unfortunately, no but it's a good suggestion. Most people are looking for much bigger lots. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  15. It sounds like you're using an old version of Express Invoice. The current version (https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip) runs on Catalina.
  16. I'll pass you comments along, but please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  17. The registration code is the 7 digit numeric part AND the alpha part following it. For example: 0246801-zanbvfrw
  18. Thanks for reporting this. I'll file a bug for that issue with our development team, and it should be fixed in the next release.
  19. The difference is in the licensing. If you're using Express Scribe in a commercial setting, you'll need the Professional version. Otherwise, the Basic version will suffice. The free version of Express Scribe works with our Altoedge Pedals. The paid version (either Professional or Basic) will work with the Infinity pedals as well as the Altoedge pedals.
  20. Thanks for letting us know. We'll file a bug for that issue filed with our development team, and it should be fixed in the next release. I'll add you to the "watchers list", so that you'll be updated when the bug has been fixed.

    Storage

There's no limit on the number of recordings. They're stored in the Windows folder that you specify in Debut's options, so registering the software wouldn't affect them. We offer one time purchases and subscriptions.
  22. DeskFX doesn't have command line options, but it's a fairly new program and I could see us adding that. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  23. PhotoPad is primarily a photo editor, but it will let you save your images as PNG,. JPEG. GIFF etc. We also publish a standalone image format converter, Pixillionj: https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/index.html
  24. Express Talk is no longer under development, so it's unlikely, but please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. It's always possible that we might reopen Express Talk.
