  1. The free version is meant for home use. A charity would fall outside that definition.
  2. You could change your display resolution, but the fonts can't be changed from within MoneyLine. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  3. By the time Big Sur is released in the fall, we should have a compatible version of SoundTap. We can't say whether the current version will work or whether we'll have to do a new release.
  4. I'm not sure what you're looking at, but the support form asks for YOUR email address.
  5. It looks like you're in contact with tech support. Hopefully, they'll be able to resolve this for you.

  7. You should be able to click the record button to start a new recording. If you can't and you have to quit the program each time, then it sounds like something's wrong. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. We don't have accounts, but if you're asking about your registration code, it can only be used on one computer, so you'd needed to purchase a second license to use MoneyLine on a second computer.
  9. Express Scribe doesn't have a backup feature. I'd recommend backing up your files before loading them into Express Scribe. If you want to access a file that has been previously loaded, it would be in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe\Current where User is your Windows username but Express Scribe converts the file to .wav format and it assigns a random filename.
  10. Watermark is only available via the Batch Editor. You'd open the Batch Editor, select your files, and select Watermark from the last of effects to apply. If you'd like to see Watermark added to PhotoPad outside of the Batch Editor, then please file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  11. Unfortunately, neither program supports that format. The formats supported by Pixillion are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/kb/1227.html and Pixillion supports more formats than PhotoPad.
  12. Where did you get the impression that "they want money to tell you why "Their" program doesn't work???" We provide support to anyone who submits a ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  13. MixPad is a 32 bit program. It'll run on either 32 or 64-bit versions of Windows.
  14. There's a free version available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutsetup.exe It installs as a fully functional trial, and you'll be prompted to register or to use the feature limited Lite version when the trial expires.
  15. WavePad will run iOS 14 when it's released in the fall. It may not run on the betas available now.
  16. Just install the current version from https://www.nchsoftware.com/photoeditor/ppadsetup.exe
  17. Please see https://www.nch.com.au/speech/index.html If you're using a Romanian version of Windows, then an appropriate voice should be included. If not, then you should be able to download/purchase voices from third party sites like https://www.cereproc.com/en/storesapi
  18. Options-->Schedule should be what you're looking for:
  19. Assuming that you're using the Windows version, Menu-->Register WavePad is the option you need:
  20. While our Switch converter supports .opus files (see https://www.nch.com.au/switch/kb/1405.html), Express Scribe doesn't. The formats supported are listed at https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html You could use Switch to convert your .opus files to a format that Scribe does support.
  21. Not from within the program. You'd have to change your display resolution.
  22. Please submit a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  23. There's no free version of SoundTap. The free trial has no limitations.
  24. Yes. The programs listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/download/catalina_compatibility.html are compatible with Catalina
