Redwood is a closed product, meaning that it's not under active development, but it's always possible that it might be reopened. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  2. When you've finished building your slideshow, you'd export it to a video file, and you'd play that video file to view your slideshow.
  3. Sounds like you're using the regular (paid) version that starts as a free trial. The free version is at https://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/mlsetupfree.exe
  4. Yes, you can do all of those. To edit the text in the image, you'd have to save your work as a PhotoPad project. The PhotoPad manual is located at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/photopad/win/help.pdf
  5. There's no special process. You'd reinstall as you would any Mac program. Drag the MoneyLine icon from your Applications folder to the trash to uninstall and then reinstall using the dmg file that you download from nchsoftware.com I'd recommend backing up your data before uninstalling MoneyLine.
  6. I just tested this and I was able use Save As. I'd recommend opening a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html if you're having trouble.
  7. He'll be able to use MoneyLine, but he won't be able to sync with an online bank account.
  8. Not at this time. If you'd like to see that changed, please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  9. I just tested v5.57 on High Sierra and it runs fine.
  10. Switch was upgraded some time ago. The current version is always available at https://www.nch.com.au/components/switchmaci.zip and runs on Catalina.
  11. What version are you installing? The current version (always available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip) has been compatible with Catalina for a few months now.
  12. Please file any suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  13. I'm not sure what you mean. The free version is available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/eisetupfree.exe (Windows) or https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/eifreemaci.zip (Mac)
  14. I'll have someone test this, but I'd recommend reporting the bug at http://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html so that the Express Zip developers are aware of the problem.
  15. Switch has command line options, which are documented at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/switch/win/switchcommandlinetool.html
  16. Have you registered Express Scribe? The paid version supports mp4, but the free version doesn't.
  17. Upgrading your OS shouldn't affect Express Invoice. I'd recommend doing a backup (Tools-->Back Up Data) before you upgrade to Windows 10, just in case.
  18. Yes, you're correct. Versions 7.28 and up are compatible with Catalina. If you purchased your license when version 5.23 was current, then you would have to purchase an upgrade at http://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  19. I'm not sure what you're trying to do. There's no way to remove a license. You can enter a new registration code at any time.
  20. If you'd like a refund, then just fill out the form at https://www.nch.com.au/general/refund.html Voxal isn't compatible with Catalina yet. It's the last, or one of the last, programs left to be upgraded.
  21. I wouldn't recommend manual archiving. If you manually move data the associations between the invoices, payments, customers etc will be broken. If you readd the data at a later date, those associations might not be restored. The best approach is to file a suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html so that your request is on the developers' radar. If enough people express interest, this should gain traction and be implemented.

    Mr

It sounds like were using the free trial of the paid version. There is a free version of Express Invoice available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/eisetupfree.exe
  23. Express Accounts was released a few weeks ago. The current version is always available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/accounting/accountsmaci.zip
  24. Unfortunately, there is no iOS version of Express Scribe. There are Windows and Mac versions.
  25. Voxal should be updated soon, but I don't have an ETA. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
