  18. Just install your software on the new computer and register using your existing registration code. As long as you uninstall your software from the old computer, you should be fine.
  19. I just tested the free version and I've made more than 5 recordings. It sounds like you might have had a paid version (that expired) installed before installing the free version.

  21. Unfortunately, no. Debut stores it files on your local computer. It's not a cloud product.

  23. The default window size is 640x480, but PhotoPad shouldn't be capable of setting the environment resolution. PhotoPad does remember the current window size when it's closed down properly, so you should be able to resize the window and exit.
