  1. Yes, Switch creates a copy of the file in the specified format. It doesn't change the format of the input file.
  2. Express Scribe doesn't record. Most people use Express Dictate (https://www.nch.com.au/express/index.html)
  3. Switch does have command line options and you could certainly create a batch file that utilizes them. See http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/switch/win/switchcommandlinetool.html
  4. There's no back button (there's nowhere to go back to) but the standard Windows undo shortcut of control-z should work. You'd have to use it as soon as you deleted your text.
  5. Golden Videos isn't an editor. Our editor is VideoPad: https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.html
  6. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  7. You should be able to request a refund at https://www.nch.com.au/general/refund.html A user forum like this wouldn't be able to help with refunds.
  8. Refunds can be requested at https://www.nch.com.au/general/refund.html If you need help with your refund, please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html . This user forum wouldn't be able to help with something like a refund.
  9. The path is the one that you set under Options-->VSTs but it sounds like you knew that. I'd recommend opening a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html so that tech support can try to help. Once you mention cancelling subscriptions and purchase decisions, I think you've gone beyond the scope of this user forum.
  10. Please open a technical support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html I don't think that anyone on this user forum will be able to help.

    UPDATE?

Meo is no longer under development. The last release was 9 years ago so the chances of it being reopened are slim, but you could request it at https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html If there's enough interest, we might start developing Meo again.
  12. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  13. I do see a ticket submitted on March 30th, but we replied the same day. Maybe our reply ended up in your Spam folder or was otherwise quarantined? I'll message you. Private conversations don't add to the forum's usefulness.
