I just received the new foot pedal. When NCH said that the problem was probably with Infinity USB-2, and they suggested that the USB-3 works fine with Monterey, I ordered it. And now that it has come, the problem is FIXED! It works fine. Thanks for your help.

The only new thing is the upgrade to Monterey, and now, as I am transcribing using the foot pedal, it keeps popping up these tools that I don't want or need, and I have to press the mouse to make it go away. It is maddening, and it slows me down tremendously. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

I have the same question. My version of ES is 5.50. I am worried about changing to Mavericks and not being able to work. If your tech people have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
