I, too, am having this problem. Have used Express Scribe for years without issue. Tried uploading .mp3 files (with that extension) from a new source and folder tonight and I get the error that "Express Scribe does not support .mp3 files." On the incoming files I have checked .mp3 as a type to recognize and accept. All .mp3 files from my other source work. I moved these to the folder from where the others are loaded, the ones from the original source load fine and these still get the same error even though they're the same format in the same folder. Help!
