  1. I'm a paid user of Express Invoice, which we really like, with the exception of limited user permission controls that prevent us from allowing all employees access to it. With that said, Reflect seems much more limited in its functionality, although it seems to be built on essentially the same framework. Why is there no way to download/email PDF's of account details, customer details, etc. from the web interface? This is really limiting to what can be done with the web login. I would REALLY like to see the ability to initiate emails from the web login. We plan on using Reflect as a general account management database, as well as a place to log account actions and assign tasks to our technicians. The task assignment is where we really need the ability to email account details from the web interface. We want our technicians to be able to log account actions and then email the outcome from the web interface.
  2. It appears that Reflect only allows you to assign a contact to a single acount, which does not help for multi location ownerships. I would like to see the ability to assign contacts to more than a single account instance. You can also not add the contact manually to the tabbed contact section if they are already created. This is extremely limiting. Lastly, it would be helpful if the contact and account dropdown picker would list all contacts or accounts in alphabetical order. They seem to be randomly ordered.
