I just started using this and can't see where you put the customer's name, address, phone etc...

Yes, I use and Epson T-20 that has a RJ-11 port and the cash drawer I got has a cable with RJ-11 end. (Very common) then you set the print driver to "open drawer before print" and it will open each time you print.
