I am in Ireland having some problems. I like the web feature as it works very well with a static IP. Basic problems experienced though - Balance Sheet showing a different balance to the particular account balance i.e, tax collected account balance NIL but balance sheet balance shows a liability value. Also report in excel ignores sums in thousands ? Obviously these are fundamental issues. I am interested in your email suggestion but how do we exchange email addresses in confidence?

Similar problem, also values involving thousands in Excel format reports are not included in sum command results. I have referred to support team. Camangolf

Anyone know if Dropbox can be used to share data files with other licensed users of Express Accounts?
