I switched from free version to the paid version. Now when I start a new invoice, it doesn't automatically change the invoice number, and I have to go find what number I'm on and manually insert it. Is there some box I failed to check?

Well, now I know there are at least two of you who can email the invoices with Windows 8. I still get the "Mail Host Server Error (HELO not accepted): 501." I have followed instructions given, but it still won't work.

Thank you so much for replying. I followed all your instructions, but I get "Mail host server error (HELO not accepted.)" It probably has something to do with Windows 8. Everything else is screwed up because of it. If you know of a way around it, I'd be very grateful. Thanks again.

I have Windows 8 and use MSN (now Outlook) for my email. When I try to email the invoice, it says it can't. I may not have the SMTP set up, but I have tried for two days to find out what the heck they are and cannot find that information for Windows 8. Can someone please help me?

I am a small service company. I use the item to list which service, but I need another column to put what the name of the job was which is unique. Can I add a column?
