My wife does transcription typing from supplied mp3 files. The audio was pretty bad until someone at the company for whom she does the typing told her that there are 2 types of mp3 files a + and a - file. Both must be loaded into ES Pro for the system to work, enabling her to hear both parties fairly clearly (most of the time). What I'm curious about is why and how this works - is there something in one file that tells ES Pro to read the 2 (+ & -) simultaneously? The company doesn't appear to have anyone who can answer this query. Thanks. Bob Davies
