Same doctor dictating....same format...same everything - opening from FTP server. Some load and play just fine, some load with no data, and some load with data and bar scrolls as if playing, yet no sound. PLEASE HELP. PURCHASED IN ORDER TO HEAR .WAV FILES. HAVE BEEN USING THE FREE VERSION FOR YEARS WITH OTHER TYPES OF MEDIA WITH NO PROBLEMS. Free version does not play .wav so I purchased. Waiting on email back from, technical but don't really have time for that, if anyone could please help???
