But I find the switch process is still there after the convertion is over,and when I start a new convertion,it is still the old one.I want multithreading process,does switch do?

Can I convert a m4a file to a 8bit 8kHz u-law wav file with aacdec.exe? I want to call it from command line. but I always get a 16 bit 44kHz PCM wav file.
