  1. I am getting the BSOD after updating my Debut Video version to 1.82. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the version with the same results. Tech support has not repliesd as of today 6/27/2013. Prior version worked fine for Citrix GoToWebinar sessions. Here is the screen dump info that I have:
