  1. Tried that. I can delete it, create a new invoice and when I save it as a draft invoice, the prefix comes back. It's also there when I Record and Email the invoice... http://imgur.com/a/Xqeyv#0
  2. I don't have a "Numbering" option under the Options tab.
  3. I guess you can't, otherwise I would have received a response... Not happy with the level of "technical support" for NCH products...
  4. I emailed an invoice to a client a couple of weeks ago, but I'm not sure of the exact date. I can't find anywhere in Express Invoice that shows a list of Emailed Invoices. The date on the invoice only shows the day I created it. I usually make an draft invoice and then add to it during the month as I get work from a particular client, so I may create it initially on, say, the 5th, but may not actually email it to the client until the 23rd or something. Is there any record of emailed invoices anywhere on Express Invoice?
  5. Is there any way to get rid of the number prefixes when creating an invoice? I put in a few different ones but have decided not to have one at all. How do you edit this out?
