Wellgo

I installed FileFort a number of years ago but never had the occasion of trying to retrieve a file. I may misunderstand what this software does. I backup my important files weekly to my external drive using FireFort. For whatever reason, I lost (or deleted) a file but when I do a "restore backup" going back about a year, it does not show this particular file. A day later, I tried again but now the "restore backup" doesn't even work. What am I doing wrong? G. Wells, gordpmw@gmail.com
