I have the paid version. I have been using the program for quite awhile. For the first time this weekend, I had a problem. I downloaded a few .ds2 files from my client's server as I always do. Partway through two of the files, the audio just stopped but the "tape" (for lack of a better describing word) kept going. As an example, one of the files is 15:06. At 7:26, the audio just stops as if a mute button is pressed but the file keeps playing, if that makes sense. This happened on another file that is 17:30 and the audio cut out at 12:27. I don't believe that there is anything wrong with the files because the client can listen to them all the way through. I'm pretty sure it's not the size of the files because they don't cut out at the same point. Does anyone have any clue what could be going on? I'd appreciate any ideas.
