I fail to understand why a 90 second video can be processed in 10 minutes but a 5 minute video takes over 10 hours. Same settings!

Far too slow and buggy! Amazed anyone uses it. I have a Windows 7 64bit pc with 6 core processor. 8+hours for a 5 minute HD video in 3D. With a 75% chance of a crash. And an end file that is 2GB! I will try others....
