  1. We are currently evaluating the different softphones. No one seems to have it all. At the moment, Expresstalk seems the best, in terms of stability, although after purchasing the IVM and Expresstalk for testing with the free Axon, I'm not so sure. Express talk still a bit too clunky and techy for our users in the office. The ability to have a pure user interface, similar to that of x-lite would be wonderful, especially with the + received calls and info + missed calls and info + dialled calls and info And the ability to + double click on the number to dial. + add to the addressbook I look forward to testing the new version Vatsal
  2. In the same position as the status window an option to display a list of incoming/outgoing calls would be brilliant. At the moment there is no way o Key data to be displayed Date & time, Number called or number of caller, Missed call or Answered The user can click on the displayed number to initate a call. Kindest regards Vatsal
  3. I keep on getting the following error message in the logs in both Express Talk and IVM attendent v4.01. (both purchased software) FOR TALK Server T0114-6 did not respond to register (sip:101@T0114-6) check server for that line FOR IVM Server t0114-6 did not respond to register (sip:199@t0114-6) check server for that line I've checked the settings and everything seems to be correct. So I am at loss as to what to do next settings for Axon, IVM and Talk use uPNP - ticked use STUN - ticked settings server 1 stun.voipbuster.com server 2 stun01.sipphone.com Thanks Vatsal

    Call Annoucment Bug

It seems to be a great piece of software, but there is one annoying problem with it. I'm not sure if it is with the IVM or Express Talk. With the "annouce caller name throught speakers" unticked. I'm assuming this is the right setting. When the call goes to IVM voicemail, I get number of all inbound calls being announced using "sam" on my headset Is this a know fault? or is it with Express Talk and BE?
  5. Can anyone help, I'm at a loss as to what to do next? I have installed Espress Basic on a Dell machine DIM 4600 with SoundMAX integrated digital audio. The audio wizard etc tested the mic and all works fine. Incoming and outbound calls are via a VOIP on a 4 - 12 Mbps connection. The machine connects to calls via Axon on another machine. I believe the settings are correct as incoming calls and outgoing calls are connected without any problem, ie the audio element can be clearly heard both ends, with the exception of the outgoing audio signal which is just a reduced to a static type noise when you talk into it. The only thing I can think of is the audio codec? Any one have any ideas. Vatsal
