Anyone know what is wrong and how i can get this to work? This was the Platinum number I was given of which is of no use to me because I paid for silver.

Every time I try to upload my video (I have tried 4 times) which is all of 27:38:6 minutes long (this takes 40 minutes) it says that it cannot upload it because the file is too large. I paid for silver support which buys me emails i guess. For $57.95 I could have gotten Platinum and got a code to use to a human.
