I'm new to this program and need instruction on its use. I have read and I have viewed the video tutorial which says it is for V- 3 and neither the written or the video is representative of this programs actual layout. I'm not happy with the over 600 issues that have been generated by users of VideoPad. And the help instructions I've gotten so far is asking me to buy an instructional service. I'm retired; I have all the time in the world to teach myself but I need a source that actually repersents the product I have. That's VideoPad Professional - Untitled. What are my options? And don't tell me I have to buy a tutorial service. That is not going to happen. I will wager the tech people that sold this to me have never actually used it.
