  1. Still not working. It may be due to the confusing and unintuitive process of registering, but the version appears to be the same (3.83) Most frustrating.
  2. I had a dialogue with one of your support team, and was told this: "This is a known bug and it is getting looked at to be fixed soon. I have added your email address to our program track to receive software updates. For the meantime you can use the previous version." I waited for 2 months and did not receive any notification. So two days ago, I emailed back and inquired if there had been a fix, and was told this: "Please install the latest version and that should resolve the issue." Not only am I nervous when I hear the word "should", but I have had bad experiences in the past downloading "the latest version", as it turns out to be a demo version which later expires! Can you please ensure me that a) The last problem I was experiencing (not being able to enter a new customer's name in the Customer field) has been fixed. That it will not be a demo version?

  4. Ok, I've downloaded the version 3.83, and have discovered a new problem: When I go to enter a new customer's name in the "Customer" field, it stops and chimes with each keystroke if I'm spelling anything other than an existing customer's name. How can this be resolved?
  5. Ok, so I've got version 3.76 and I'd really like to update to get rid of the "item code" thing. I recall doing an update a long time ago which caused me all kinds of grief as it downloaded a "trial version" or something. Could you please provide me with a step-by-step procedure as to how to properly do an update?

Ok, so I just spent another ~$50.00 to update my Express invoice (due to the inability of the older version to display 2 different taxes), and now this new version insists upon entering an "Item Code"!!! This is ridiculous; many people, like me, do not and cannot have item codes as each job we do is different. I see the option to show or not show the item code column, but it's shows and demands input no matter what I choose! Grrrr. Can someone please help me to remedy this ASAP?
