I had a dialogue with one of your support team, and was told this:
"This is a known bug and it is getting looked at to be fixed soon. I have added your email address to our program track to receive software updates. For the meantime you can use the previous version."
I waited for 2 months and did not receive any notification.
So two days ago, I emailed back and inquired if there had been a fix, and was told this:
"Please install the latest version and that should resolve the issue."
Not only am I nervous when I hear the word "should", but I have had bad experiences in the past downloading "the latest version", as it turns out to be a demo version which later expires!
Can you please ensure me that a) The last problem I was experiencing (not being able to enter a new customer's name in the Customer field) has been fixed. That it will not be a demo version?
