I've got it working most of the time. Much of the problem is me, assuming settings from last record attempt were still retained, and that's not the case for all settings. I still have occasional audio sync with video malfunctions; Terminating browser and Debut Professional, then restarting solves the issue!

New Debut Pro V 3.07, Windows-7, audio default to speakers: Steaming program-Video from video.theblaze.com; The only time it records sound, Debut is set to record FULLSCREEN. If I enable MOUSE, it has breaking-up, static noise in audio. I tried reducing the quality of the audio, makes no difference. The source is Full HD 1920 px. I have no options on the source, 30 FPS, ...but capture audio indicator is varying 11 - 16. (Is that video?) My household Cable Service tests at 56 Mbps. Note please: This is the most difficult (to use) support discussion / forum package that I have encountered with over 37 years of professional computer support. News-groups are king.

I am using VP 2.41. The only options Ihave on Right Mouse Button click is 1) Rename 2) Delete. Do I need another version of VP? King

My nch software purchase cannot be registered due to browser 404 errors to all http nch.com.au url's. Do I have a problem, or a local vicinity problem? ...or what? Can I get you to see if the Austrailia links work for you? My security cameras are recording at 10 Framerate. When I play them in Videopad, they are 3X too fast. When I Save Video and set it at Frame Rate 10, the output video is still 3X too fast. The filetype of the camera video is .264 How do I handle this problem?

My HD security cameras output uses H 264 compression. The application packaged with camera is called "mp6player.exe", and is grossly under featured and buggy. The cut / clip function does not work. Using Videopad 2.41 converts the input file on load, and all seems well. I clipped 2 minute segment out of 8 minute file. I chose mp4 output. Results: images colors are correct but very badly washed out. I suspect it is caused by 15 frame movie output at specified 30 fps. I had to do that, because output at 15 fps ran at double speed. The output file correctly runs for two minutes, but the file size was larger than the input file for 8 minutes play time. Why? Any hints or tips would be appreciated. Carl

Using Videopad 2.41. Family send me movie clips from smart phone, usualy recorded in portrait. They are landscape in editor. Quicktime auto-rotates when it plays back. How to handle this with VideoPad? Or is there another product to try?
