Sorry if this is a stupid question. I have a PBX, 4 incoming with 16 internal line. I want to use IVM for call attendance and voice mailbox. What is the configuration of adding IVM (4 port dialogic card) into this existing environment? Do I hookup IVM to the line before or after the PBX? Do I need to setup anything on the PBX machine for this? Thank you PG
