  1. In this case, this could be due to network connectivity. It also could be the other side echo-cancellation not working well. Of course the other side of the call could just be noisy.

You may ask the other party to use a handset if they are using hands free.   Use a different "Quality / Bandwidth" setting using the Express Talk Settings. Adjustments could be made on either side of the call.

If the other side is not Express Talk (eg. it is an IP-Phone) select a different preferred codec on that other device if it lets you. GSM 6.10 is recommended codec for lower bandwidth scenarios.

  2. In this case, you need to set the encryption key on Express Scribe directly.  To do that you may open Express Scribe, click on Options > Incoming > Set user's decryption key, then you need to set a user ID, and enter the Key they sent you to decrypt the file.

Once you have set the decryption key, you can try loading the encrypted key, and test it.

In case the issue remains, you may want to contact NCH Software support for further support.

  3. Currently, WavePad does not have an option to set a compressor during the recording.  You may apply compressors to the recording after is done.

For compressor on the live feed, you may need to find a DAW like MixPad that you can apply effect to the channels before you start recording.

  4. Hello, have you tried using s different encoder compressor to save the videos?    You can try using MPEG4 as the encoder and test again.

Also, keep in mind that none of the NCH Software products will by pass copyrights or Digital Rights Management (DRM).   So, you may want to confirm the stream you are trying to record is not protected.

  5. SoundTap does not have an option to automatically stop the recording process at specific times.  In this case, you may want to check your computer's power settings and confirm your computer is not going idle, or to hibernation, or to sleep when inactive for 1 hour, and test making the recording again.

In case this issue remains, you may want to contact the NCH Software support team for more assistance.

  6. Is this issue happening with all mp3 files you try converting, or just with particular ones?

Have you tested playing the mp3 file on different media players?  If you re-open the file on Switch do you see the album cover image you added?

Could you try using a different image just for the test, to confirm if the issue is not related to the image you are using?

  7. Hello, it is very unlikely that a program would stop working just because it decided to, this is not the way software works.  In this case, if you did not change the SoundTap version, then the source of issues can only be in two places.  Either something changed on Skype, or your computer drivers.

Usually, the changes in Skype or your computer drivers will display a notification, but this is likely to be overlooked.

Have you tried restoring your computer to a date prior to this issues happening?  If you have a Windows computer you can use the System restore tool, and in Mac you can use the Time Machine.

  8. Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and the texture is import automatically by the program, but if the model you are trying to load does not include the texture, it is likely that the file associated with that is not being read by DreamPlan.  Sadly, there is no option to add the texture to the 3D items if they are not loaded automatically.

Sadly, at this moment the program does not offer an option to delete the 3D models you have added.
