Hi, I tested the latest version of the program following your steps a follows: Loaded a video file in Videopad, and selected three 30 seconds clips out of the video loadedd. Place the three clips and reversed the clip number 2 (the one in the middle) then I play it back and I had no issues previewing or saving the video. I tested this using version 4.45. If the issues remain you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further advice.

Hello, the disc you are creating is it an audio disc or mp3? if the issue only happens with those specific files then it could be that the codec used to create those files is giving you issues. If you could try opening the wav files with wavepad and save them using a different format or encoder and try again.

Hello, By default the program will load the recording and show the whole file length but if that is not the case then you can use the zoom out tool so you can see the whole file length. You can find the zoom tool at the lower right hand corner of the program's waveform window. If you have the waveform zoomed in then you can use the scroll bar to move to the right or left so you can go to end or beginning of the track. Inventoria does not offer the option to track items based on serial number, the only way would be to create a single item per each serial number.

It is better, the best option to record the audio you play through your computer's speakers is Soundtap. Wavepad is more like an external source recording, meaning to be used with a microphone or any other input device connected to your computer.

On Express Scribe if you right click on the dictation you may select Special Audio Processes > Extra Volume Boost Selecting this audio process will increase the volume of the entire file by 10%, and you may run it several times until you reach the desired volume level.

You may want to check if under Options or Preferences > Audio you have the Voice activation option selected. If that is the case then you may have the sensor activation level too high and the program takes a little longer to recognize your voice and start recording. In the event that this option is not selected then it may be an issue with the computer settings for the microphone. For example Mac computers turn off the mic/headphones if there is no signal after a few seconds, that makes the computer and program to take a couple of seconds to reactivate it and start recording. You may also want to try downloading the latest version of the software from our website and test again.

The bill of materials is the option to choose when you want to create a finished product out of other materials in stock. When you create the Bill Of materials (BOM) this creates a new item. To sell the finished product then you need to use a POS software that can help you manage your sales or sell the finished item through the selling stock. Sadly from the program Express Invoice there is no setting that needs to be change to allow that but you may want to check with Outlook support if you are not able to send the emails. Hello, You may want to confirm that you have selected the right device to record from when using Soundtap. To confirm which device is selected you may go to Options or Preferences (if you are using Mac), then under devices select which microphone you would use to record. If you want to record the audio that is playing through your speakers then you may want to confirm you have enable the Stereo Mix (Windows Only). If you have a Mac computer then you may want to check with Apple support for a similar option to Stereo Mix on Mac OSX. Also, you may want to start the media player first and then launch Soundtap to start the recording.

Hello, In this case what you may want to try is to confirm both files have the same name. The audio file and the .wbm files are linked by the name, if there is any difference it would cause for the bookmarks not to load. You could rename the files (audio and wbm) so their names match and this should let you load the bookmarks normally.

Hello, If you check on Wavepad > Options > Recording you should be able to locate the recording device the program is using. If the integrated Microphone is what you have selected as recording device then what you are playing through the speakers is being captured by the internal mic. If you are using the Stereo mix option in your Windows Audio options then you may want to try lowering the volume of the stream through the Windows Audio Mixer. Ultimately you may want to record each part individually (the guitar separated from the backing tracks).

So far this seems like a conflict between that stdriverx86.sys driver and the Realtek audio driver. We have tested the program on Windows 10 and there seems to be no issues between these two drivers.
