  1. Hi, please check that you are starting SoundTap before you are starting your audio stream. Please note that if you are using a web browser such as Internet Explorer to play an audio stream such as internet radio then you will need to start SoundTap before you start the web browser. Also, check if SoundTap is giving you any error messages in the logs.

    Hello route66, sadly Moneyline does not have an option to disable those popup messages but is great feedback that Moneyline's developers will appreciate.

    Lost video

    Hello Sylver, The only way the project would lose the video files is if the original files were removed or relocated from its original file location. When you save the project as .vpj what you are saving is the cache memory of the project to recall it when you continue using that same project, so in order to save the videos too within the same project you may want to use the option File > Save portable project as and select where you wish to save the backup file, and when you select the folder to save the program will create a folder with "today" date and time when the project was saved and within you will see the .vpj file and the videos used to create the project.

Hello Hove74, in this case since the tracks have different times what you may want to do is to use the option to Stretch or Shrink Clip so they all can match, to do that you may right click on the track you would like to edit and then select the option to stretch or shrink clip and then select the new length and click to select the option to keep pitch constant.
  6. Hello, Express Burn won't compress the files to make it fit in your 800 MB disc, so you may want to use a different program to convert the files to compressed files to fit your disc. Hello Layacc, this issue could be caused by extra security settings in your email known as two-step verification for Yahoo or Two-factor authentication for Apple ID, so you may want to check your email security settings or contact your email provider for assistance on setting up the two-step verification. Once that is done you may go back to Express Accounts and when applying the emails settings it should work.

  11. Hi Ad101867, have you tried reinstalling the program. The option "save movie" is not link to any drives but it is strange that it will freeze when you chose that option. One thing that you may want to check is to clear unused cache from the program which maybe holding the program down, and to do that you may open Videopad and go to Option (Preferences if you are using Mac OS), then go to Disk, and then click on the button Clear unused Cache Files. If the issue persist you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further advice.

  13. Hi Bolasz, I tested the program's version 5.00 and when creating an invoice the customers do show in Alphabetic order in my end, so I won't know what to tell you about this, but you may want to contact NCH Software support team if you can replicate the issue yourself.
  14. Sorry Stvdio but Wavepad does not have the option to split audio files in batches, maybe Wavepad is not the right toold for your needs.
  15. Hello, you may try reinstalling the program from NCH Software's website to confirm you are using the latest version released. If you already reinstalled then you may wish to continue reporting the issue through the support team so they can direct the issue to the right department.

Hello, The issue you are reporting here could be a driver mismatch that is causing this issues, what you may want to try is to reinstall the audio driver on your computer, To do that you may want to contact the computers manufacturer and check for the latest audio driver for her computer model. Also, test if the issue happens when you try to record the stream from the same source?

Hello, please remember that this is a discussion forum and not a support channel, having expressed this take note that your description of Fastfox not working is too vague, it is not telling us if the program is not running or if the shortcuts are not expanding. You may want to contact NCH Software support team for them to provide you with a link to download the software version that works with your license, and keep in mind that the Windows version won't work on the Mac computer because the operating system is different and they use different architecture.
  18. Hello, You can only monitor tracks which are configured to record with ASIO compatible hardware. This means that if your recording hardware allows it you would be able to monitor what you are recording with your headset. By the way the latest version of Mixpad has a button on each track that has a Headset icon, that is the one you would need to enable to monitor what you are recording on that channel if your hardware allows it.
  19. Hello Marty, in this case you may want to check if the issue is happening with all the slideshows you try to export or it happens just to one. Also, depending on the error you are getting you may want to try using a different disc brand. Regarding the upgrades NCH Software offers free upgrades within the first 6 months after the date of purchase.

Hello, have you tried clicking on the option to expand the track, this option is the arrow pointing to the right, next to the track title, if you click on it the track should expand and show you the waveform for the recording you did. Hello, This type of issues require specific troubleshooting on a case by case scenario, so the best thing in this case is for you to contact NCH Software support team, and although there is the option to pay for priority support it is not required for getting assistance since NCH Software offers free email support for all their support.
  25. Hello, yes the best suggestion is for you to open Express Invoice and go to View > Invoices, select the invoice you wish to save and then click on Save, select where you wish to save it and the program should create the PDF file.
