    Hello, if you are using a USB microphone then please try using a different USB port to connect it and make sure the microphone is recognized by your computer. You may also want to check under Microsoft recording devices to confirm your microphone is showing and selected there. You can also contact NCH software support team for further assistance.

Also, when you are capturing the screen you may want to increase the frames per second on the program by going to Options > Video > Screen Capture.   5. Hello, the option for Web access can be enabled only on the Desktop or laptop versions of the software, but it can be accessed from any device that has internet access, be it a tablet or smarthphone as well as computers.
  6. Hello, in Mixpad there is no option to edit the beats per minute (BPM) on the clip but we have a program called Zulu which is a DJ mixing software. In that program you may load the clip you want to modify and right click on it, from the context menu you may select Edit BPM and there you can modify it. When you save the changes it will save the new BPM for that file and you could load it again in Mixpad.

Yes, the message building preview would show when your computer takes too long to render the images and audio for playback, this usually happens when the cache and temporary files folder is too full. What you may want to do is to open Photostage and go to Options > General > Cache and click on the button that says Clear Cache. Also you would see the Default cache folder path shown there as the first option under Cache so you may go there and delete all the files there so you can make up space for newer data.

Hello, if the issue happens only after you burn the disc then it maybe that you are selecting an inappropriate speed to burn the disc, or you may be using a disc brand that is not fully compatible with your burning drive. You may want to try a different disc brand and burn it at a speed supported by it.
  9. On the program Soundtap you may go to Options > Devices and select the input device you would like to record from. If you are recording what plays through your speakers then you may want to start the playback program or application first and then launch Soundtap. Make sure the right recording device is selected in your Windows Audio settings, you may right click on the Speaker Icon on your computer tasks bar and select Recording devices and then select the option What U Hear or Stereo Mix.
  10. The reasons why that may have stopped working varies, it could be a driver update or a wrong setting. Please contact NCH software's support team for further assistance on this matter. You may also want to confirm in your Windows Audio settings and confirm you have the right recording device selected within those options.
  11. Have you tried selecting a different start/stop method to check if the issue is with the COM commands or if it is something else in the program. Sadly Copper does not offer an option to limit the access based on profiles to ensure your staff would only pick items from the Inventoria inventory or that they wont be able to create their own discounts. On Copper all the user would be admins of the application installed on their computer's or profiles. The program does not offer either an option to automatically refresh the synchronization between the programs.

If you are able to open the video with your Media player on the computer then you may want to try saving the video using a different format than what you originally gave and check if this helps with the video showing black.   14. Usually is your FTP server the one that determines for how long you can stay connected to it, so you may want to check with your FTP provider or host to check if there is any time limit that could be causing your connection to stop after 15 minutes,
  15. It is unusual that the program will take that long to stop or to perform any task at all. Have you tried reinstalling the program and restarting your computer. The program should not keep any cache data so there should be no issues for it to hang when you press any button. if you already reinstall the program and the issue remains you may want to contact the NCH software support team for further assistance.

Hello Prema13, in Express Scribe you may want to go to the View menu and select the option "Float above other windows" and then when you use the mini player this should stay on top of any other program you may open. Regarding the foot pedal issue you may want to report that to NCH Software support team so you can receive the proper assistance and let them know usually how long does it take for the pedal to go idle before you have to click on the ES icon.

There has been some changes between versions from 5.10 to 5.21 but among them some of the ones we can share with you are these: “Custom Fields” Text is now showing on new invoice window when user select 'Draft Invoices' from 'Create From' drop down list. Customers name Web interface issue with "&" symbol was addressed. (In Web) Invoice Number text box is no longer showing blank after select invoice number on 'New Credit Note' page. When “use small size for printed receipts”, Total and Subtotal section are not cutoff in Receipt PDF and Print.

Hello, in that case you may want to try reinstalling the program again but make sure you run the installer as admin, and to do that you may download the program's installer, then right click on the installer file and select Run as Admin. If the issue remains after reinstalling the program you may want to run a virus scan on your computer to discard any malware tampering with the computer's performance.

  24. This issue may be related to the type of drive and disc to create that mp3 disc, however, it would be better if you contact NCH support directly to get assistance on that particular issue. You may want to try testing if the error after burning comes up also if you create a DVD or any other type of disc. Also, if possible try playing the created disc on other CD players to check if there is any issues during playback and let NCH support team know any other information you may share about the issue so they can better assist you.
