    Lost video

    Hello Sylver, The only way the project would lose the video files is if the original files were removed or relocated from its original file location. When you save the project as .vpj what you are saving is the cache memory of the project to recall it when you continue using that same project, so in order to save the videos too within the same project you may want to use the option File > Save portable project as and select where you wish to save the backup file, and when you select the folder to save the program will create a folder with "today" date and time when the project was save

Hello Hove74, in this case since the tracks have different times what you may want to do is to use the option to Stretch or Shrink Clip so they all can match, to do that you may right click on the track you would like to edit and then select the option to stretch or shrink clip and then select the new length and click to select the option to keep pitch constant.
  5. Hello, Express Burn won't compress the files to make it fit in your 800 MB disc, so you may want to use a different program to convert the files to compressed files to fit your disc. Hello Layacc, this issue could be caused by extra security settings in your email known as two-step verification for Yahoo or Two-factor authentication for Apple ID, so you may want to check your email security settings or contact your email provider for assistance on setting up the two-step verification. Once that is done you may go back to Express Accounts and when applying the emails settings it should work.

  10. Hi Ad101867, have you tried reinstalling the program. The option "save movie" is not link to any drives but it is strange that it will freeze when you chose that option. One thing that you may want to check is to clear unused cache from the program which maybe holding the program down, and to do that you may open Videopad and go to Option (Preferences if you are using Mac OS), then go to Disk, and then click on the button Clear unused Cache Files. If the issue persist you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further advice.

  12. Hi Bolasz, I tested the program's version 5.00 and when creating an invoice the customers do show in Alphabetic order in my end, so I won't know what to tell you about this, but you may want to contact NCH Software support team if you can replicate the issue yourself.

Hello, The issue you are reporting here could be a driver mismatch that is causing this issues, what you may want to try is to reinstall the audio driver on your computer, To do that you may want to contact the computers manufacturer and check for the latest audio driver for her computer model. Also, test if the issue happens when you try to record the stream from the same source?

  15. Hello, yes the best suggestion is for you to open Express Invoice and go to View > Invoices, select the invoice you wish to save and then click on Save, select where you wish to save it and the program should create the PDF file.

Hello, when you are using the tag %Category% the program will try renaming the files using the category information on the files data, and if there is no category information to create unique file names the program will not convert the file names. If you try other tags like %Title% or %Track% you should be able to see the difference. Also, could you check if this issue you are reporting happens with all the audio files you have on that Audio files list or does it happen with some?   19. I have just tested an Infinity in-sub-2 ver 14 and after running the controller setup wizard it worked fine on a Mac OS Sierra computer. To run the controller setup wizard you may open Express Scribe and go to Preferences > Control and make sure the check box to unable foot pedal controller is checked, then click on the controller setup wizard button, click on next and select the pedal if it shows under the options. In case the pedal does not show there you may want to try connecting the pedal to a different USB port on your computer until it sees the pedal. Once the pedal is recognized you

Are you using the latest version of the program? if so, you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further details on this regard, or after installing Voxal on your computer you may want to reinstall the Audio driver on the computer, and to do that you may go to the device manager, click on the audio, video and game controller and then right click on the audio controller and uninstall it, restart the computer and let Windows reinstall the audio driver.

    Voxal Crashing

    Hello, if you are using a USB microphone then please try using a different USB port to connect it and make sure the microphone is recognized by your computer. You may also want to check under Microsoft recording devices to confirm your microphone is showing and selected there. You can also contact NCH software support team for further assistance.
