  1. In Drive, it should show up in a folder titled Videopad. If it doesn't, look under My Files - at the left. Expand that folder by clicking the chevron at its left to see subfolders.
  2. It should work as described, after you have disconnected from Videopad in Google Drive settings. That 'dumps' your incorrect account. Exit Drive. When exporting click this LInk Google Drive box... Next, you should be presented with this screen... Click on Use another account and sign in. That should become the account that VP accesses, until you disconnect it.
  3. Export has a prompt for setting the default target folder. Or enter it in Options | Export tab For Google Drive, open settings Click the Manage Apps link at the left, then scroll down to the Videopad entry. Click OPTIONS and Disconnect from Drive. The next export from Videopad to Drive will prompt for the account to use.
  4. Improvements are constant. It appears that GPU is now supported to some degree on H265 mp4 exports as well, as seen in beta v11.32.
  5. Good enough. Should a glitch surface in the version being used, there's that six-month window. And new releases can always be test driven, licensed or not, to check out changes.
  6. You didn't state the version, but it's likely that you are attempting a LOSSLESS export. Click the blue link. Choose Off (Re-encode) in the export settings window Or, if your version is licensed, update to the latest release that is within six-months of purchase date. Find old versions here. The current release is here.
  7. What version of Videopad? Install the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. Take a look at this as well. If the issue persists, export your video and then use the YouTube loader instead of Videopad.
  8. If the BIN clip has been trimmed, drag it to a new sequence and export. If a clip has been trimmed on the sequence timeline, drag it to the bin, where it will appear wth a (1). Then drag that clip to a new sequence. Save that sequence. To restore the clip for another project follow the same procedure as outlined in your 'outro' thread.
  9. Create the outro in a separate sequence, then SAVE it - perhaps as "Outro." Don't export it. When a project is saved, all sequences are saved. So you may want to create your outro as a completely separate project. When your main project is complete and the saved outro is to be added, click the Menu item (upper-left), then FILE | IMPORT CLIPS FROM ANOTHER PROJECT and chose the outro's VPJ file. It will appear as the next higher sequence, normally sequence 2. Use <ctrl-A> to select that entire sequence, then click <ctrl-C> to copy it. Switch to sequence 1, place the cursor at the end of your project and press <ctrl-V> to paste. Now you have the outro at the end of the project, with its independent original tracks.
  10. Not seeing that in current 11.26 release. The bin was full. A clip in the middle of the pack was stabilized. It appeared as the very first clip - top left. If you prefer that it behave differently file a suggestion... https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html?software=VideoPad
  11. File corruption is a possibility. Close VP. Using Windows Explorer (the file manager) delete all files in these folders, then reinstall Videopad. "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Users\<User name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components"
  12. Thanks for sharing. The BDAV plays okay in 11.30 as well. The only file that doesn't is the shot on the lake. That will be fixed.
  13. All the releases within six-months of that date - about 9/21 - should be good for your license. Check the above linked site.
  14. That MTS plays fine in 11.30. What about the TS BDAV - is that a different format for you? Please upload.
  15. Older versions are here. Any version can be test driven, licensed or not. There is a six-month free upgrade window, so check your purchase date to see which releases will be licensed. Sorry, no info on Adobe.
  16. Staff doesn't necessarily review all content here. Sure enough, it appears that a regression has crept in recently. Please share the TS.BDAV file as well. The issues will be resolved, so stay tuned to this thread.
  17. Report the error. https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html You might try converting those files to another format prior to VP import. As for the mp4 that doesn't display, please share it here on in private so someone can take a look. Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
  18. ZOOM will fill the frame. It can be applied to the bin clip, then dropped onto the timeline. Or the clip can be dropped first, then ZOOM applied, which will not affect the original in the bin. As you have discovered, Crop and Zoom during export can also be useful.
  19. Install this version. Report back if issues persist. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  20. Sounds plausible. Try it as suggested and there should be no issue. Another way to treat this, likely with phone connected, is to use Menu | File | Save Portable Project As. That copies all files on the sequence and writes the VPJ into a folder. Open the folder, run the VPJ and the project will load.
  21. First, save (copy) the phone files to a PC folder. Then, construct the project by adding files from that folder - not from the phone.
  22. Usually the VPJ control file is in the same folder as the source files. If source files are scattered in different folders, saving the VPJ will still find them. Never move or rename source files until a project is complete. Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the chevron to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar.
  23. Every version has a sequence bin. But you may have to create another blank sequence to see it. That sequence can later be deleted or just ignored. Or perhaps your editing window is too small, horizontally. Undock the bin...
