  1. Should be no issue on either account. Download and install this version. If no change, please share your project for analysis and someone will take a look and come up with a fix. The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps... Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file. Get link --- Get a public link. If using Google Drive click GET SHAREABLE LINK. If necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with the link can view" Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared. * Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.
  2. One approach... Add Typewriter Text separate clips, one above the other, each with the desired animation duration. Use the POSITION effect to space and justify each line. test.mp4
  3. Yes, extra steps. But once the Project Folder is accessed, click on the VPJ. No need to type its name - just add your increment 01. 02, etc. Your suggestion has been passed along. You might do the same here.
  4. Exactly. And be sure to Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. From the HOME tab, that choice is available by clicking the chevron to the right of the Save Project button on the toolbar. Then you're protected, and can revert if need be.
  5. Versions 11.07 and 11.17 are dated. Try this one and let us know how it succeeds.
  6. You might delete all but a small segment, and export that - IF it demonstrates the problems. Sometimes it helps to break a long project into several parts, export each, then assemble those exports for a final export. Otherwise, suggest you try another PC, if available, and use the current release.
  7. Or update to a newer version that provides many more options. Like this... Here's a link to the 64-bit free release, though some features will not be available. Much has changed since 6.01.
  8. Try exporting at a custom 9:16 resolution. Custom is at the bottom of the PRESET drop-down... This is a 720x480 image exported in that manner...
  9. Can see the problems, though the 'out of sync' issue isn't clear. Hints at a resource deficit. But there's no telling what causes them without having the project files on hand and knowing what VP version was used.
  10. Unless the export audio channel default has been manually changed, it's Were there any six-channel source files? Never have seen a report on the audio speed issue. Individual clips were sped up to 500% in several projects here. The result was as expected. Exported results don't help much. Someone needs to replicate the problem by running the project itself. Video editing is resource intensive. A number of the issues you have mentioned hint that it's time to switch over to that new PC.😀 A gaming class machine is recommended for long and complex projects. And VP 64-bit. That's not to claim perfection or that 32-bit won't succeed as well. With an infinite number of PC hardware/software /OS configurations, what's the likelihood that a program will run flawlessly for every user? Problems can arise from user unfamiliarity, hardware or software issues. Folks here chip in with their best efforts. but there's no way that everyone will be happy..
  11. 11.52 was beta and is no longer offered. Best to steer clear of test builds unless you're experimenting. Ran tests on a twenty-minute 1180x664 mp4 @default H264 settings, 46fps. 32-bit. (11.21 wasn't available - may have been beta.) 11.22 :52 average 54% GPU 11:38 :56 with 50% GPU 11:52 :56 with 50% GPU Re-exporting may yield slightly different results. Devs constantly strive for performance improvements but there may be tradeoffs, and with a robust upgrade cycle glitches do creep in. When confirmed they are quickly dealt with. Of course, hardware can be a factor. No two PCs are identical. and your video adapter may not perform the same as mine with a specific release.
  12. We can only guess, without seeing the project ... or a trimmed section that exhibits the flaw on export.
  13. The current release at this writing is 11.48, on the WEBsite. Yest, the H265 encoder low bitrate issue was resolved. H265 will be slower than H264. Did the freezes occur at a clip that had been reversed? What version was being used at that time?
  14. Not seeing a slowdown with recent versions. Please submit a sample project. Indicate your export settings and how long it takes to complete. Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server. As for projects made with 11.48 and later not loading in earlier releases ... that's apparently intended. Backward compatibility, as noted above, but not forward compatibility.
  15. One would think that LOSSLESS, if it truly succeeds throughout, should pass the original's quality. What's the Audio Quality/Bitrate setting? Why does the bitrate need to be that high? If the project is trimmed to five minutes and exported is the result the same? If so, upload and share that abbreviated project. Select the Sequences tab in the bin (top-left of the window). Right-click and... It will be a WAV, in the MUSIC folder on the PC.
  16. What's the file type? Share a video of one that has the problem and someone here will analyze it. The process it quick, easy and can even be private... Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view." The problem cannot be replicated here - tested with several common file formats.
  17. Here's another approach to consider, with the full concert on the timeline... Make a split at the start and end of song #1. Drag the song that's between the splits you just created to the clip bin (top-left of the VP window). Repeat for every song to be saved from the concert. When done, clear the timeline/sequence by selecting any clip, pressing <ctrl-A>, then the DEL key. Now drag any single saved bin clip back down to the timeline. Create a new, blank sequence, by clicking the + sign on the Sequence 1 tab. Drag another saved clip onto that new Sequence 2. Click the + sign to create another sequence ... and so on until all each song has been placed in its own sequence. Click the 3-lined menu at the top-left of the VP window, then FILE | Export All Sequences. Choose FILE | VIDEO FILE. VP will prompt for exporting each sequence, which you can name prior to pressing CREATE or <enter>. The result: Individual songs, correctly named, are saved to your PC - likely in the Downloads folder.
  18. Click the SEQUENCES tab at the top-left of the bin. Select (highlight) the sequence. Drag the red and blue tabs, under the preview window, to their respective ends. Then Export. Record_2022_04_28_15_03_03_726.mp4
  19. Likely nothing. What VP version is being used? (Look at the bottom-left of the screen). Install this release. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. And for protection, Save Project File AS routinely, giving it a unique # or name, so as not to overwrite prior saves. Using Save Project Files (no AS) will overwrite. 21. That may have to be the solution for VHS files that have discontinuities. H264 stabilization with coherent source files stays in sync here. As long as MPEG4 does the job, you're good.
  22. SAVE or SAVE AS takes a snapshot (so to speak) of all material on the timeline...files, transitions, effects. It's a control file. Don't mistake the EXPORTed file for the VPJ. Don't attempt to add a VPJ file to an open project. The VPJ opens the project. It's not viewable. No matter how it's accessed - double-clicking on a VPJ, using Menu | FILE | OPEN PROJECT, or as you describe - the sequence is restored as it was when saved. If that's not the case, then something is amiss. Install the latest version. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
  23. Sounds promising. Check in again if problems arise.
  24. Working normally the morning of 4/26. This may be a YT quota issue. When it occurs you can overcome it by first exporting a Video File from Videopad and then using the YT uploader. Sign into your account and click on Create. Upload the file and follow the prompts.
