I have 2 SPA300's on my system and the way it seems to work is that the SPA's answer the PSTN call and then put it through to AXON to ring on the selected ring group.

I am still working AXON out, how do you set it up otherwise (so as AXON doesnt answer the call and only receives the ring signal? I think this may be the root of my problem that i posted earlier. Cheers, Craig

Hi all, I have an AXON system and use 2 SPA3000 to connect 2 PSTN lines, everything works great except when the PSTN line rings and the call is not answered and the PSTN caller hangs up the extensions just keep ringing, i come into the office in the morning and the SPA941's read like 350 missed calls. we dont get that many calls in a week. you can change this ringing in your default ring Group settings, at the bottom of the page you can change it to the music on hold chimes
