Converting .ram files to an iTunes format???

The .ram file(s) will not open in Notepad. I can play them with RealPlayer on my computer, but I want to convert them to a format (iTunes) where I can download to my iPod. Is this possible with Switch? It is for some Jordanian songs that I could not find in any other format. Thanks for your help! -
Can anyone help me (a newbie) convert a .ram file to a format that is acceptable to iTunes? I can't even play the .ram files in Switch, although they play fine in RealPlayer. Thanks,
